It was another hot weekend at Homestead Miami Speedway, we attempted to break the TTA track record, unfortunately, the car went into safe mode coming out of the final turn setting up for a hot lap. To make matters worse the corner worker, posted a yellow flag at turn one for no apparent reason. Thinking that there may be a car that span coming out of the pits I lifted where normally I would be flat out in 5th. It wasn't all bad news thanks to the fresh Hoosier A6 rubber we posted one of the fastest laps ever run in TTA and TTS 7 tenths from the track record a 1:35.8. Furthermore our customer Derik Royal posted lap 2 tenths off the track record. Our next venue will be Sebring in June.
